Bernhard, a number of questions pop up as I review this. But I'll start with this. You say there is no need for a first cause, but also say we exist as simulations. We are "programs." As far as I know the only simulations or programs that have been created so far have been created. Can you explain how a remarkably complex and successful program arrive without a first cause?
