This proves nothing, except to show that being an expert in science does not eliminate belief in God. That is a choice one makes.

The question of evidence and warranted belief is discussed by a great many including one of the world's most respected analytical philosophers Alvin Plantinga. I'm not sure you are interested in reading any theistic apologetics but for the philosohically inclined he's a great one.

Dawkins, I'm sorry, but is hardly a credible critic of religious belief, which even atheist Medium writer Benjamin Cain appears to agree with:

I have seen very conflicting studies of scientists and faith but one that has very different numbers than what Dawkins provides is Pew. Also, if you are sincerely interested what top scientists around the world of the last 50 years have said about God I would recommend the 1993 book Cosmos, Bios, Theos. Many of the ones included are Nobel winners as well.
