Hello Nicholas, as a believer I would not agree with this statement that nothing about God is implied by anything that exists. The kalam cosmological argument is one example that suggests nothing happens without a cause, the universe happened, therefore it had a cause. That doesn't imply God directly, but given the continued failure of science to offer an alternative view it is fair to see a creator, hence God, is "implied." I would also suggest that the very presence of being implies that there is a source of being. I don't find the answer that "it" (everything) is there for no apparent cause or reason to be very compelling. Especially when there is a very compelling alternative.
