Plantinga's argument is from the rationality of the human mind which conflicts with the idea of a random accumulation of particles evolved without purpose. Darwin had the same concern -- his "horrid doubt." Even thorough going physicalist Brian Greene admitted the same problem in his book Until the End of Time. I commented on that here:
