Thanks Dennis, It's a good point on Spinoza. I did refer to him quite a bit in earlier posts on dual aspect monism as he is often credited with the first serious philosopher on this at least since the ancient Greeks. Hegel said all philosophy after Spinoza was in some form Spinozaist, or something like that. One of the thing that is difficult is that he is generally viewed as a pure pantheist, yet he wrote things that appeared more panentheist, so its not perfectly clear where he landed.

As for the two way flow, that is a crucial aspect of many ideas on dual aspect monism. I suggest checking out Harald Atmanspacher who has been the primary promoter of this concept in recent times. Also David Bohm and Basil Hiley in The Undivided Universe make a strong point of the two way flow. I think this is an aspect of this view of God in action that deserves much more attention.
