Thanks Gerald G (another Gerald??) I'll have to look at that tak on Buddhism, a bit different from my understanding but would make it far more agreeable in my way of thinking. I just have a hard time seeing how if our personal identities are lost in the One, how that is much different from disappearing to nothingness. Concsciousness is only valuable to us if we are, well, conscious. If you have some resources on that concept you can point me to, that would be great.
