Thanks Graham, and there is much to respond to in this. I will say at the outset, however, that I can’t agree that other spiritual traditions do an equally good job. I am doing a much deeper dive into those eastern spiritual and philosophical traditions now than I ever have before, thanks in part to your prompting. But I am finding much that separates those from what I believe Christianity is all about, plus some deeper connections than I thought. As for understanding the OT vs. NT, obviously there is much to deal with here and an awful lot that has been dealt with by people much smarter than me. I am comfortable with my understanding of that, well, somewhat anyway, but at this point in my journey and our discussions I’d prefer to keep focus on the issues of science and faith. I’m deep into the Dao of Physics and greatly enjoying that but also looking forward to Capra’s follow up on the connections with Christian belief co-written by a Benedictine monk, have you read that?
