Thanks Graham, as I pointed out in my first post in this series, there are two kinds of believers, ones who believe because they believe it to be true and two, those who believe because it works for them. I said I was firmly in the first category, but I respect those in the second as well. Most of my 200 posts are about what I believe to be true. I have clearly separated this out to answer the question as to benefit. That is not about mere comfort, but how it affects ones life and hopefully makes it richer, more satisfying, more fulfilling. Consider it in the context of a friend who asked me what difference it makes to believe in God. Aside from talking about eternity, this series is more about answering that question from a here and now perspective.
