Thanks Jon, I am interested in your take on "god" as ICI or Infinite Cosmological Intelligence. Also your idea of the universe composed entirely of intelligent energy. A couple of questions. It sounds like ICI is contained within the universe and it one aspect of the intelligent energy, is that right? In that case, the First Cause does not stand outside of creation or the universe but is part of it. Should we say the universe and ICI are one and the same as in pantheism?

My other question is about intelligence and will or intention. I've written on this elsewhere, referring to Hannah Arendt's book the Life of the Mind where will and judgment are essential aspects of mind. Does Mind or ICI have intention or will? If not, I struggle with how to understand intelligence and particularly mind without will or intention. it seems that they go together. If you agree, then Mind is infinite and infinitely intelligent (I presume), capable of exercising that intelligence and will in the creation and/or development of the universe. And that seems to be approaching my notion of God as well.
