Thanks Nicole, I did appreciate the book a lot and found much to ponder and agree with. As for going against some of my core beliefs you are absolutely right. Not sure if you saw it but I did a post after this based on all the comments noting how this book and my comments helped reveal a major worldview divide––a divide I think helps explain much that divides us in our world. Many who took exception to my critique seem to share the physicalist worldview of Harari, which I find to be seriously faulty as I explain in my 25 posts called The Case Against Physicalism. Because my interest there, Sapiens intrigued me as an example of where this worldview would take one in examining the history of our species. I absolutely will keep being curious!
