You may have noticed I said "publicly." I agree that many and likely most would answer similarly to scientists and likely even more so, but my point is that while that may be private belief, they are unlikely to express opposition to or even questions about the physicalist position. It's one of the issue I am trying to raise--the difference and dissonance of public positions vs private belief.
